Ultrasonic power has greater power

When a sound wave reaches a certain substance, the substance molecules in the foam also vibrate due to the action of the sound wave. The frequency of molecular vibration determines the speed of molecular vibration. The higher the frequency, the faster the speed.

The energy obtained by the vibration of the molecule is related to the molecular vibration speed in addition to the molecular mass. Therefore, the higher the frequency of the sound wave, the higher the energy energy of the molecule.

The mechanical energy of the ultrasonic waves causes the material molecules to generate a large acceleration, and the ultrasonic waves are applied to the concentrated body, so that the acceleration reached by the liquid particles may be several hundred thousand times larger than the gravity acceleration. Such a huge acceleration causes a rapid movement of the liquid particle, causing the foam to rupture or even destroy its molecular structure.

Sound pressure

When the sound wave passes through the foam, the pressure of the foam changes due to the vibration of the sound wave, which causes the substance molecules to compress and sparse.

Since the ultrasonic waves have a large amount of energy, the foam generates a large sound pressure.

When a general-intensity ultrasonic wave is introduced into the liquid, an additional pressure of 0.3 -1 MPa is generated. The foam is only subjected to atmospheric pressure before it is subjected to ultrasonic waves. When the ultrasonic wave is applied to the foam, if the sound wave vibrates to compress it, the pressure is increased to cause the foam to rupture; if the acoustic vibration causes the molecules to be sparse, the foam is foamed. Expanded and ruptured by pressure less than atmospheric pressure.

This rupture is particularly prone to occur where impurities or bubbles are present in the liquid, since the strength of the foam is particularly low in these places.
